Notei que não tem nenhum thread de jogo então vou criar um baseado no Jojo, aproveitando que tá passando na televisão e muita gente já conhece. A idéia veio de um tópico de outro fórum.
Não é criar um Stand inteiro sozinho, cada um vai criando uma parte do Stand:
Post 1: Dê ao Stand um nome.
Pense na sua banda ou música favorita e se não tiver nenhum opção interessante, tente Wikipedia.
Post 2: Dê um poder ao Stand.

Power
Remember, a stand is either fully controlled (Silver Chariot), has its own mind (GER)or its automatic(Black Sabbath), or independant of user (Super Fly)
Some schools of power for stands:
Time: manipulation of time, event completion, and/or changes in time. (The world, SP, king crimson, Stairway to heaven)
Control/ elemental: control of a specific element/is made of said element, or object, or living being. (Metallica, Geb)
Psyche: Attacks the very own mind of the objective, or uses it to attack, or its related to the user´s mind.(Osiris, atum, survivor)
Alteration: Changes, ensembles, or transforms given matter. ( GE, Crazy diamond)
Poison/Parasite: Creates poison, affects living matter, or creates a parasite that damages living beings, or viruses. (Purple Haze, Green Day)
Physics: Alterates physics, like gravity or magnetism, alse related to blocking and reflection.(Jumpin´jack flash, 20th century boy, C Moon)
Phisical: Purely phisical powers, (Silver Chariot, Highway Star, Hanged man)
Ilussion: Images, illussions, and other non-deadly or tricky effects (Moody Blues, Tenor Sax)

Stats.
We all know the basic stats, and each level (E, D, C, B, A) - Power: phisical power, damage. - Precision: How accurate are their movements, how reliable is the power itself - Staying: defense and how resistant is the power - Range: Range that the stand has, range of the power as well - Learning: we could use this as a " potential and versatility"

Body
1)humanoid form(type T)
These stands have their own body, wich resembles a human (A head, 2 arms, 2 legs) Usually but not limited to power types.
Examples: Star Platinum, Crazy diamond, Echoes Act 3, Hieropanth green, Stone Free, King Crimson, The World
b) Bound to own body (Type N)
They affect the user´s own body, or its range is the body itself, but they can also have extra utilities, depending on the power.
Some examples: Love deluxe, Knhum, Hermit Purple, White album, Oh lonesone Me, Tusk, Stray cat
3) Bound to object (type M)
Those stands are dependant of a phisical object to manifest or work properly. They are usually bound to it, and can be seen by normal people.
Soem examples: Ebony devil (bound to a doll), Foo Figthers ( its a rare case, but its bound to plankton, wich is the user, and Etro´s body. So is a crux between type N and type M), Forever (the ship), Anubis (a Sword), and, to some extent Geb(water), and Set(alessi´s shadow) and The fool (sand and dust)
4) Form ( Type V)
They take the form of an object/creature, similar to type T, but they are no humanoid, usually of great range.
Some Examples: Aerosmith, Echoes act 1, Talking heads, Beach boy, Clash, Ratt, Emperor, The Lock, Dragon´s Dream, Sky High, 20th century
5) Multiple bodies (Type K)
the form can vary, but they are more than 1 manifestation, stands that can envolve fall in this category too.
Some examples: Echoes, Harvest, Bad Company, Pearl Jam(its a type M too ,since its bound to food) Weather report: Heavy Weather, Survivor, Scary Monsters (dr ferdinard), Sex Pistols
6) Undefined/elemental (type H)
Stands that dont fall on any other category, or have a elemental power, or a undefined form, or the power is the stand itself.
Some examples: Lucy in The Sky with diamonds, Judgement, High Priestess, Bast, Horus, Rolling Stones, Burning Down the House, Bohemian Rhapsody, Underworld, Boomboom family stands, Wrecking Balls
IMPORTANT: i usually dont work with colors, the color scheme is just to give me a clue of how the body and tones could be balanced.
Vou começar dando ao Stand o nome de "Roundabout", em homenagem ao ending do Jojo.
Edit: Espero um bom senso em não criar um Stand com parametros tudo no A e poder de controlar o tempo do jeito que quiser.

Não é dificil, baseado no nome você poderia criar algo como prender alguém num loop do espaço-tempo. Mais ou menos uma mistura do Jail House Lock e Mandom.

A Stand protects its user, like a guardian. The name comes from "standing by" the user, sometimes using their powers without direct orders in order to protect the user, and by extension, themselves.
A person can only have one Stand, though that Stand can go through metamorphosis to evolve (Echoes, for example).
As a Stand is part of the user, damage is reflected between the two. In most circumstances, if the Stand's leg is sliced off, the user will lose their leg as well. Some Stands, such as The Fool, and the armor of Silver Chariot, are immune to this effect.
Stands can only be seen by Stand users. There are exceptions, but only with Stands that are bound to physical objects (for example, Strength and Yellow Temperance).
The further the Stand is from its user, the weaker the Stand becomes, with most only being capable of acting within three meters. Some exceptions are Hierophant Green and Highway Star.
Stands are usually bound to the user's body, but exceptions are abound, such as Wheel of Fortune being bound to a car, and The Fool being bound to sand.
Most Stands have no personal goals, serving their master without question. Stands who don't have users will generally go wild, such as Notorious B.I.G. and Anubis. Some Stands show personality, speaking to others besides their master, but most still serve their master without question, The only shown exceptions were Surface, Whitesnake, who was shown to question his Master's motives (though it never spoke out), and Cheap Trick, whose motives are wholly selfish. An exception to this rule can be Silver Chariot Requiem. At the end of Part V: Vento Aureo, he attempted to turn all living things in the world into new life forms.
The first Stands in the JoJo Universe are named after the Major Arcana of the Tarot and Egyptian Gods. From near the end of Part III onwards, stands were named after musical bands, albums, and songs. In part VI, many stand users are named after fashion labels.
In Part VII: Steel Ball Run, Stand mechanisms have changed; they no longer appear in battle (only appearing once when involved, such as Tusk) and the user does the attacking instead. Stands also look less human and more of them are conscious and can actually talk to their owners (e.g.Poco Loco's unnamed stand).
Tem poderes bem interessantes, como o de um cara que cria vários quadradinhos no chão como se fosse um tabuleiro de xadrez e consegue teleportas as coisas de um quadradinho pra outro.
